Do you offer custom-made items?
Yes, we offer custom commissions on select products. Please write to us at [email protected] or contact us for more information, and we will be happy to discuss your ideas and preferences.
No return / refund / exchange is possible for customised products unless it is damaged.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product’s availability. Generally, orders are processed within 7 business days.
How can I cancel my order ?
- Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our store for delivery.
- Once shipped, we will not consider cancellation requests.
- Please mail us at [email protected] for cancellation requests, if your order has not been shipped yet.
- Orders can be cancelled only if it has not been shipped from our warehouse.
- No cancellation applicable for customised products once the order is placed.
- If a cancellation request comes up before the product leaves our order-processing centre, we will try to hold the shipment but there is no guarantee that the cancellation request will be honoured.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your package through the carrier's website.
Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
Yes! We offer gift wrapping for a small additional fee. You can select this option at checkout if you'd like your purchase wrapped in a special way for a gift.
What should I do if my item is damaged during shipping?
If your item arrives damaged, please write to us at [email protected] immediately with a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by offering a replacement or refund.
