Refunds and Returns
- All Sales Are Final: Once you purchase an artwork, the sale is final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns.
- No Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
Exceptions
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an artwork that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, refund or repair.
How to Report a Problem
- Contact Us: If there is an issue with your order, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item.
- Resolution: We will review your report and get back to you within 3 business days to discuss the next steps.
Digital Products:
- All sales of digital products, including e-learning courses, are final and non-refundable.
Procedure:
- To initiate a return or report an issue, contact our customer service with your order details.
Sale items (if applicable)
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].
- Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
